1. Agreement
These Terms are between Prozen Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") and the person or organization that creates an account ("you"). By creating an account or using Web Compliance Suite (the "Service") you accept them. If you accept for an organization, you confirm you may bind it.
If you have signed a separate written agreement with us (for example an Enterprise order form), it prevails over these Terms where they conflict.
2. The Service
The Service scans websites and produces reports about accessibility, security, privacy, SEO, performance and related areas. Results are automated observations. They are not legal advice, an audit, or a certificate of compliance, and they may miss issues or report ones that do not apply. You are responsible for decisions you take based on them.
We may improve, change or remove features. If we remove a paid feature, we will give notice and, where it matters, a pro-rata refund.
3. Accounts and workspaces
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace, including by members and API keys you create.
- The workspace owner decides who may join and with what role. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
4. What you may scan
You may scan only websites you own or have permission to test. For features that go further than a public visit (signed-in scanning, deployment scans, client portals) we ask you to verify control of the domain, and you confirm you have the right to give us that access.
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for any consequences of scanning a site you were not entitled to scan.
5. Your data
You keep all rights to the data you give us and to the content of your sites. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display that data only to provide the Service to you. Scan results about your sites are yours.
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and, where we act as your processor, the Data Processing Addendum. Credentials you give us for signed-in scans are stored encrypted and used only to run your scans.
6. Plans, billing and renewal
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. Taxes are added where required.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price increase takes effect for you.
- Plan limits (projects, pages, scans, members) are shown on the pricing page. Usage beyond a limit may be blocked or, where the plan allows, billed as an overage you can see beforehand.
- Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including to attack, overload or probe sites you are not authorised to test, to evade rate limits or plan limits, to resell the Service without agreement, or to upload unlawful content. See the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access to stop abuse, and will tell you why where we can.
8. Our intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, rules, scoring methods and documentation. You may use them as the Service allows during your subscription. You may not copy, reverse engineer or build a competing product from them. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation.
9. Third-party services
Integrations such as GitHub, Jira, Linear and Slack are provided by those companies under their own terms. You decide whether to connect them and can disconnect at any time.
10. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee except in an Enterprise agreement.

11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and that results are complete or error-free.
12. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data, or for regulatory fines or penalties arising from your site, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period (or, for free plans, to INR 5,000 or its equivalent). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and compensate us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, from scanning a site you were not authorised to scan, or from content you provide, except to the extent we caused the claim.
14. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access for material breach, non-payment, or abuse, normally after notice and a chance to fix it unless the harm is urgent.
After closure, your data is deleted from live systems within 30 days and from backups within a further 35 days. Export what you need first. Sections that by nature should survive (ownership, liability, indemnity, governing law) do so.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by e-mail or in the product at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that date, the new Terms apply; if you disagree, you can cancel before then.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek urgent relief anywhere. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally.
